When TE Bride Sarah first came to us she immediately fell in love with CINOBI’s cheongsams for a few reasons. For one the uniqueness of the traditional Chinese dress, done with modernity using delicate tulle. CINOBI’s gowns are light and airy, yet abounds with details and traditional embroidery. Another, was the customisability of the gown; she could work with the Designer behind CINOBI, to weave her story in her CINOBI Cheongsam. This gave her endless possibilities to add her unique love story into her big day.
Sara loved the elegant English Rose Cheongsam by CINOBI, and kept the silhouette of that style for her own customised cheongsam. But added embroidery of a myriad of birds that she and her groom used to see all around the campus of their University, where they met. CINOBI customised and hand sketched all the various fauna and flora seen on this amazing captivating gown. Some of the fauna includes, peacocks, mandarin ducks, parrots and wagtails.
Finally, to commemorate how the beautiful couple met, they took their pre-wedding portraits at their University. What made the portraits session more memorable was that Sarah got to wear her Cheongsam during the portraits session. The couple had Ben Yew Photography capture these beautiful and captivating images of them in Western Australia, about their University. We love it!
The couple even managed to capture a few shots with the peacocks roaming around their University. Perfect!
